When you use the project inquiry form, you may provide the following information:

The current project inquiry form does not ask for a phone number, physical address, government ID or payment-card number.

Project Inquiry Information

Project inquiry information is used to understand your request, evaluate the possible project scope, communicate with you about the inquiry and decide appropriate next steps.

How Information Is Used

Information you submit is used for narrow, practical purposes connected to your request, including responding to inquiries, understanding project requirements, discussing potential services, preventing obvious spam or abuse, and operating and protecting the Contact mechanism.

The current website does not use the Contact form for automated profiling or an automated marketing workflow.

How Contact Submissions Are Processed

Contact form submissions are sent to the website’s same-origin /api/contact endpoint. The endpoint validates the submission on the server and, when delivery is configured and available, may relay a validated submission to a server-configured external delivery destination.

The delivery configuration is kept server-side and is not intentionally exposed through the public form.

Direct Email

You may choose to contact Raju Das Rudro directly at contactwithrudro@gmail.com. Email messages are processed through the sender’s and recipient’s email services, which may handle or retain messages under their own practices.

Analytics and Cookies

The current website source does not intentionally implement Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, session replay or a cookie-consent system.

If analytics, advertising technology, a CMS integration or another tracking-related feature is added later, this policy should be reviewed and updated to reflect the actual implementation.

Third-Party Services and Links

This website includes links to external services, including Fiverr. When you follow an external link, that destination operates under its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not control third-party policies or data handling.

Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used where appropriate to protect the website and Contact mechanism. No internet transmission or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

The current website implementation does not intentionally store Contact form submissions in WordPress, a site database, browser localStorage, or the GitHub repository.

Messages delivered through an external delivery destination or email service may be retained as needed for communication, project evaluation, reasonable record-keeping or applicable obligations, subject to the actual service used. This policy does not claim a fixed deletion period.

Children’s Privacy

This professional services website is not directed at children. If information is knowingly submitted in a context that raises a concern involving a child, it may be handled appropriately based on the circumstances.

This policy may be updated when website functionality, Contact processing, analytics, CMS integrations, other service integrations, or relevant business and legal requirements change. The current page should be read as the policy describing the website’s then-current implementation.
